Welcome to my dream.
My name is Amy and Frost it Pink is a dream come true for me. Frost it Pink was created to share inspiration from other talented people.
In 1994 I began the adventure of scrapbooking. Having the privilege to work and teach at two local scrapbook stores has been a tremendous benefit to me. In 1991 I married a wonderful man as well as my best friend, Steve. We live in Pa and have been blessed with two daughters and one son. Our family is a bit busy and our life is quite hectic at times, but I wouldn't trade my family for anything. Along with my working at the local store, the kids cyber school, Steve has his own Handyman/Construction business, we raise dogs and are also very active in our church. So, I must admit that sometimes I wonder what is up and what is down!!
In my spare time I love to scrapbook and paper craft. Read, swing on the porch and enjoy my family. I love to collect teapots/cups and I love the whitewashed look. (have you figured out that I LOVE pink!!!) Oh, and of course, I love to shop for more scrapbook supplies whenever I can get the chance.
To me scrapbooking isn't just a hobby, it is making an heirloom for years to come. Passing on photos and stories of our lives. Its keeping treasured memories for our loved ones as time passes us by. I have learned to have an appreciation for the little things in life and to never take those small things for granted! Scrapbooking relaxes me, helps my creative side express itself while at the same time treasuring a lifetime to share with others.

Linda Albrecht
My name is Linda Albrecht and I live in Minnesota with my husband and 2 youngest sons, Luke and Cort. My 2 oldest children, Jessi Marie and Cole, live nearby in their own little nests. My children are my greatest joy and will forever be my first priority in life and the inspiration for so many of the things that I create. In my eyes they have made the colors of the earth more vivid and the expressions of my heart more intent.
For the majority of my life I have been a lover of the creative arts--
everything from needle work, to painting and paper arts, have fulfilled my need to express my heart and soul as an artist. As I began having children I found another purpose to be creative, for it was then that scrapbooking became the way that I chose to preserve memories and organize life's many memento's in a beautiful form. My love of scrapbooking and altered arts turned into a part time career 6 years ago when I began working for several scrapbook manufacturers.
I love creating and sharing my process with others and I hope that my work will spark your imagination and guide you toward a lifetime of expressing your own creative heart. |

Hilary Kanwischer
My name is Hilary Kanwischer and I live in Palm Beach, Florida with my husband and two children, Courtney, whose 12, and Connor, who just turned 8. I work as a Firefighter / Paramedic for a Fire Department and just celebrated my 16 year anniversary and I think it's a wonderfully, fullfilling job. I love to spend my spare time creating, and more often then not, you can find me in my craft room late at night after my kids go to bed when I have peace and quiet. I love spending my time with my family and we love to vacation where it's cold. We love the snow and hope that one day soon, we can move to Colorado, Vermont or upstate New York and truly enjoy the change of seasons.
I started scrapbooking when my daughter was 3, after visiting a local scrapbook store in search of zoo invitations for Courtney's birthday party. When I found none, I decided to make them myself and fell in love with the creating process and have been ever since. I love to create cards and I alter just about anything. I have a true love for fabrics, felts, buttons, distressing and sewing and sometimes it seems that I cannot put anything down until my project has been distressed, painted, sewed, buttoned, tied or stuffed. I love all things vintage and pretty and love to try new techniques. I recently opened up an Etsy store and am amazed at the response. I love photography and blogging too.

Kendra McCracken
Growing up, I thought being artistic meant you must draw the banana and apple in the bowl on the art teacher's desk so that people would crowd around your drawing hanging in the hall on parent visitation day and marvel at the realism of the texture, the dimension, the shadows. Unfortunately, the harsh reality is if people would have gathered around my drawing, it would have been to marvel at the unidentifiable objects amongst all the drawings of bananas and apples! So I shied away from anything related to art.
Now that I'm older and not afraid to color the grass with contrasting patterns of lime green and olive green fabrics, I wish I could tell that little girl that being artistic isn't everyone doing the same thing the same way. I'd tell her to do her best to draw those fruits and then laugh along with everyone else. Laughter is good for the soul, your humility, your expectations of yourself. Then I'd tell her to present her teacher with a handmade, vintage-lace-trimmed fabric bag filled with homemade apple and banana muffins and say, "This is how I see your bowl of bananas and apples."
I began to overcome my fear of all things related to art in 1998 when I went to my first scrapbooking party. Since that time, I've learned that using materials in unique ways, to express meaning or emotion on my projects in a way not intended, or just to add a little whimsy, is my way of being artistic. Have I also learned to draw apples and bananas? Nope. But that's OK. I'm perfectly content to marvel at that most admirable talent in the art of someone who can.
When I'm not pulling a needle and thread through fabric, looking through the lens of my camera, or layering "mismatched" patterns of paper, you'll find me with my husband 17 years and our 2 sons on our little farm in Missouri. You might see me trying to learn to grow a fungus-free tomato plant, chasing down a fugitive chicken, or screaming and running from a mouse in the chicken coop. But you'll always see me in love withevery little detail of my life. |

Beatriz Jennings
HI, my name is Beatriz Jennings, I am from Mexico but now I live in USA. I fell in love with scrapbooking when I was looking through a magazine and saw all of the beautiful things that you can do with paper. Right now I'm in love with card making and altered art. I have been scrapbooking for almost 5 years and I love to use ribbon, buttons, and flowers on most of my creations. I don't know how to describe my style, but some people say that is a little bit romantic, feminine, and even shabby. Some of my work has been published in magazines like Handmade (formerly Paper Trends), Scrapbook Trends, Cards, Paper Crafts, Scrapbook and Cards Today and Cardmaker magazine to list a few. I have also had projects published in idea books and had tutorials and projects published online on scrapbooking/papercrafting sites and some e zines.

Now, you can find her work in numerous paper craft publications, catalogs, blogs and e-magazines.
Most importantly, Sarah has a wonderful family who loves and supports her dearly. She is married to her hero and best friend, Sie.
